Lose Up to 15 Kilos in 15 Days !




This diet will help you lose 15 kilos in 15 days. It should last up to 15 days (or 21, if you count the break of two days  ) because it’s quite a hard one …

Lose Up to 15 Kilos in 15 Days !MONDAY


Breakfast : 1 orange ( or a similar fruit such as a pear, peach, watermelon, melon … – no bananas , 2 rusks , a cup of coffee or tea without sugar

Lunch : 1 orange, 1 boiled egg , 1 curdled milk ( or yoghurt )

Dinner : 2 tomatoes  or 2 dl of tomato puree , 2 boiled eggs, 1/2 kg of green salad ( a small one ) or 1 cucumber, 2 rusks


















TUESDAY

Breakfast : 1 orange ( or a similar fruit such as a pear, peach, watermelon, melon … – no bananas , 2 rusks , a cup of coffee or tea without sugar

Lunch  : 1 orange, 1 egg , 1 curdled milk, 2 rusks

Dinner : 125 grams of ground beef , 1 tomato ( or 1 dl of tomato puree ), 1 rusk , 1 cup of tea or coffee

WEDNESDAY

Breakfast : 1 orange ( or a similar fruit such as a pear, peach, watermelon, melon … – no bananas , 2 rusks , a cup of coffee or tea without sugar

Lunch : 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, 1 curdled milk, 1 small head of lettuce

Dinner : 125grams of minced meat, 1 orange , 1 rusk,  1 cup of coffee or tea

THURSDAY 

Breakfast : 1 orange ( or a similar fruit such as a pear, peach, watermelon, melon … – no bananas , 2 rusks , a cup of coffee or tea without sugar

Lunch : 125 grams of cottage cheese with a little fat ( you can replace it with mozzarella cheese ), 1 tomato , 1 rusk

Dinner : 125 grams of minced meat, 2 tomatoes  or 2 dl of tomato puree, 1 apple, 1 rusk

FRIDAY

Breakfast : 1 orange ( or a similar fruit such as a pear, peach, watermelon, melon … – no bananas , 2 rusks , a cup of coffee or tea without sugar

Lunch : 200 grams of cooked meat or fish, 1 tomato, 1 rusk

Dinner : 500 grams of cooked vegetables ( carrots, peas, potatoes …), 1 egg, 1 tomato

WEEKEND:

Eat normally.

Repeat the  5 day – diet regime three times not for a longer period than 15 days. Eat normally on the weekends not massively overeating.

HOW TO MAINTAIN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS

When you reach the desired weight you will maintain it if every Monday you follow these nutrition plan:

Breakfast: 1 lemonade without sugar ( use artificial sweetener  )

Lunch : 1 egg, 1 rusk, 1 tomato ( plus you can eat 1  apple if you’re really hungry )

Dinner : 1 rusk, 1 tomato ( plus you can eat 1 egg if you’re really hungry)

EXTRA TIPS:

Sprinkle some ‘’Vegeta’’ ( condiment ) over the meat or cooked vegetables .
Don’t  drink alcohol during diet.
You can consume the foods when hot or cold, and it’s important to eat them according the plan, because you mustn’t  leave out any of these foods.
You’ll lose 2.5-5 kg after five days.  After that take a break in a period of at least 2 days and eat normally, but moderately, and then repeat the diet 3 times for 5 days.
During 15 days of dieting ( except days without a diet ) you can lose up to 15 kg, and keep the weight  off if you eat normally afterwards following the nutrition plan every Monday.
This diet is quite hard so we suggest you consult a doctor before starting the diet.
